All massages at R&R incorporate a variety of modalities based on the clients’ needs. The following are included with your massage:

  • Swedish

  • Neuromuscular Therapy (trigger point therapy)

  • Myofascial Release

  • Prenatal (when applicable)

  • Deep tissue

Add-ons are available for an additional charge and must be discussed prior to the appointment. Add-ons cannot be applied to a 30-minute massage.
